Greater Portland Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking diverse, high impact leaders who are called to seize a life of significance, share the love of Christ and serve through the lens of sports. - The Area Director primarily focus on the ministry, to develop staff, boards and donors to empower their teams to serve coaches and athletes, and create new partnership opportunities.
- The Area Representative serves a local geographic area and focuses on local ministry to coaches and athletes through campuses and communities. This role includes direct ministry of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes as well as volunteers to make disciples who make disciples.

- The Representative works with the Director and Advisory Team to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area.
FCA SPORTS

- In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship - making disciples who make disciples. This role will oversee all of the basketball programs in FCA Sports across the Greater Portland area. Experience: 5+ years of coaching, administrative skills and ability to develop coaches relationships; Involved in the club basketball world.
Part-Time FCA Basketball Area Representative
- The Representative works with the Director and Advisory Team to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for FCA Basketball within the club and league sports environment.
- In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship - making disciples who make disciples. This role will oversee all of the volleyball programs in FCA Sports across the Greater Portland area. Experience: 5+ years of coaching, administrative skills and ability to develop coaches relationships; Involved in the club volleyball world.
