Greater Portland Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking diverse, high impact leaders who are called to seize a life of significance, share the love of Christ and serve through the lens of sports. - The Area Director primarily focus on the ministry, to develop staff, boards and donors to empower their teams to serve coaches and athletes, and create new partnership opportunities.
- The Area Representative serves a local geographic area and focuses on local ministry to coaches and athletes through campuses and communities. This role includes direct ministry of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes as well as volunteers to make disciples who make disciples.

- This Ambassador role serves 15 hours or less each week in the FCA Outdoors (fishing) environment by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values.
- The Motocross Area Representative is committed to making disciples who make disciples with in the motocross community and beyond. This individual will directly serve in the ministry as they pursue FCA's mission to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
FCA SPORTS
- In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship - making disciples who make disciples. This role will oversee all of the baseball programs in FCA Sports across the Greater Portland area. Experience: 5+ years of coaching, administrative skills and ability to develop coaches relationships; Involved in the club baseball world.
- In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship - making disciples who make disciples. This role will oversee all of the basketball programs in FCA Sports across the Greater Portland area. Experience: 5+ years of coaching, administrative skills and ability to develop coaches relationships; Involved in the club basketball world.
- In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship - making disciples who make disciples. This role will oversee all of the golf programs in FCA Sports across the Greater Portland area. Experience: 5+ years of coaching, administrative skills and ability to develop coaches relationships.

This role entails creating catalytic discipleship experiences for coaches and athletes.
